I liked Denser service and made sure the product was done correctly.
The door size is 2inch taller than the drawings (96inch drawing to 98inch real) and can't be installed without 1) having to dig 2inch into the home concrete foundation what would require a permit and an architect signature (just the work is $1.500 plus the architect) or 2) cutting the door with a grinder.
VERY frustrated and disappointed because the only option I'm getting is to dig a hole in the house or cut the door! I'll update the review if I get a fair treat from the manufacturer, by now stay away
Update day 2: The manufacturer insists about us cutting the bottom frame, which is solidly welded to the lateral frame as you can see from the pictures. If this part was meant to be removed, they would have used bolts and not weld it together!
It doesn't have any sense. So, they made it incorrectly and are treating us as if the installers and myself are stupid
